1. Definitions
- Company/We/Us: Revue Cars, a Dubai-based luxury car rental provider.
- Customer / You: The person or company renting a vehicle from Revue Cars.
- Vehicle: Any car or automobile rented by the Customer under this agreement.
- Rental Period: The duration for which the vehicle is rented as per the rental agreement or invoice.
2. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Revue Cars, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein. A valid rental agreement will be issued prior to delivery, stating the vehicle details, rental duration, rates, and any additional fees. Revue Cars reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who fails to meet the eligibility criteria or presents invalid documentation.
3. Driver Eligibility
- Minimum driver age: 21 years (or 25 years for certain supercars).
- Valid driving license required: UAE Driving License for residents, or International Driving Permit with home country license for visitors.
- The driver must be listed on the rental contract.
- Unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance.
4. Payment & Security Deposit
Full payment must be made prior to vehicle delivery.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
- Bank Transfer (UAE or international)
- Cash (security deposit must be on credit card)
- Cryptocurrency (see section 4.1)
A refundable security deposit will be held on the customer's credit card. The deposit will be released within 21 working days after vehicle return, subject to no pending fines, damages, or fees.
4.1 Cryptocurrency Payments
- Revue Cars accepts cryptocurrency payments through verified digital wallets.
- Accepted currencies: USDT (Tether), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).
- Crypto payments must be completed before vehicle delivery and confirmed on the blockchain.
- The AED equivalent is locked at the time of transaction confirmation.
- Blockchain transaction fees are borne by the customer.
- Refunds for crypto payments will be processed in AED equivalent value at the time of refund, via bank transfer or credit note, not in cryptocurrency.
5. Insurance & Liability
All Revue Cars vehicles are fully insured as per UAE law. The driver is responsible for an insurance excess (deductible) in case of an accident where they are at fault or if no third-party report is provided. Insurance is void if the driver is under the influence, not listed on the contract, or fails to report the accident to police.
6. Traffic Fines, Salik & Fuel Policy
All Salik tolls (AED 4 per gate) will be automatically deducted from the deposit. Traffic fines incurred during the rental will be charged once received from RTA. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivery; refueling charges apply otherwise.
7. Mileage Policy
Each rental includes a daily mileage limit stated in your rental agreement. Additional kilometers are charged at the rate specified per vehicle.
8. Vehicle Delivery & Return
Complimentary delivery and collection are available within Dubai city limits. Additional fees may apply outside Dubai. The Customer must inspect and sign the vehicle condition upon delivery. Late returns exceeding 2 hours may incur an extra day's rental charge.
9. Damages & Accidents
Any damage or accident must be immediately reported to Revue Cars and the police. Failure to obtain a valid police report results in full liability for all repair costs. The Customer is responsible for interior damages, burnt tires, and misuse-related issues.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before rental start.
- Within 48 hours: 50% of total rental charge applies.
- No-show or last-minute: 100% of rental charge applies.
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Refunds for crypto payments follow section 4.1 guidelines.
11. Replacement Vehicle
In case of mechanical failure not caused by misuse, Revue Cars will provide a replacement vehicle of similar or higher class, subject to availability.
12. Use of Vehicle
The Customer agrees not to use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-roading, or illegal activities. The vehicle must not be sub-rented or transferred. Revue Cars may terminate the rental if misuse or breach of terms occurs.
13. Data & Privacy
Revue Cars may collect and store customer information for verification, insurance, and operational purposes, in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
